1. Respect for Intellectual Property
Hostwares LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond promptly to valid takedown notices.
2. Designated DMCA Agent
Our designated agent for receiving DMCA notices is:

3. Filing a Takedown Notice
To file a DMCA takedown notice, send a written communication to our designated agent that includes:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the infringing material, including the specific URL(s)
- Your contact information (name, address, email, phone number)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Your physical or electronic signature
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may file a counter-notification that includes:
- Identification of the material that was removed and its prior location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and phone number
- Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
- Your physical or electronic signature
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10–14 business days, the content may be restored.
5. Repeat Infringers
Accounts that receive three (3) valid DMCA takedown notices will be terminated. We maintain records of all notices received and track repeat infringers.
6. Process Timeline
- We acknowledge receipt of valid notices within 48 hours
- Infringing content is removed or disabled within 72 hours of a valid notice
- The affected user is notified of the takedown and their counter-notification rights
7. Safe Harbor
As a hosting provider, Hostwares LLC qualifies for safe harbor protection under Section 512(c) of the DMCA. We do not monitor user-uploaded content proactively but respond expeditiously to valid takedown notices.
