Haiku is available on all plans. Sonnet requires Pro or higher. Opus requires Business or pay-as-you-go. Every message still follows the same $0.10 chat / $0.50 task-execution floor — the model only changes how much usage above that floor costs.

QWhat is a credit?
1 credit = $0.05. A chat message with no tool use — a question, a status check — costs a $0.10 minimum (2 credits). Anything that actually does something (a deploy, a restart, a fix) costs a $0.50 minimum (10 credits). Heavier tasks bill above the floor at actual usage. Your plan's monthly credits reset on your billing date.
QHow does model routing work?
Miko automatically picks the right model for each task — Haiku for status checks and simple queries, Sonnet for deployments and configuration, Opus for deep debugging and complex infrastructure decisions. You're never billed a model surcharge — cost always follows the same $0.10 / $0.50 floor plus actual usage, so routing to a bigger model only costs more when the task itself uses more tokens.
QWhat does "confirmation for risky actions" mean?
Before deleting a database, terminating a server, or any destructive action, the AI shows you exactly what it will do and waits for your explicit approval. You're always in control. Non-destructive actions (reading logs, checking status) run without a prompt.
QWhat payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, Stripe (credit/debit cards), Google Pay, and account balance. Credits are added to your account instantly after payment confirmation.
QWhat infrastructure does it connect to?
