Upgrading
- Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing
- Select your desired plan
- Complete payment via PayPal
- Plan activates immediately
Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Credit System
AI assistant usage is credit-based. Each plan includes monthly credits, and you can purchase additional packs:

How credits work
- Plan credits reset monthly on your billing date
- Purchased credit packs never expire
- Plan credits are used first, then purchased credits
- Credit balance visible in dashboard sidebar
- Warning shown when balance is low (<10 credits)
- When balance reaches 0, AI chat is disabled (dashboard still works)

Payment Methods
We currently accept:
- PayPal — For all purchases (plans, credits, hosting)
- PayPal Balance — Direct balance payment

View and download invoices from Dashboard → Settings → Billing → Invoices.
- Invoices generated for every payment
- Download as PDF for accounting
- Includes line items for each charge
- Shows credit usage summary
Refund Policy
- Plan subscriptions: 7-day money-back guarantee on first purchase
- Credit packs: Non-refundable once credits are used
- Unused credit packs: Refundable within 48 hours of purchase
- Hosting overage: Non-refundable
